Welcome to Qualify Coaches ('we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing or using our business coaching services at qualifycoaches.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide professional business coaching and consulting services designed to help entrepreneurs and organizations achieve their goals. All services are delivered online or on-site as agreed in writing.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked through our online portal. Payment is due in full prior to the start of each coaching package. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: Request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no coaching sessions have been conducted.
• Partial Refund: After attending 1-2 sessions, you may request a 50% refund of the total package fee.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after completion of more than 2 sessions.
• Refund Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during sessions remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
